Swerving to the opposite side when junction turning?

You barely need to do this with a 54ft articulated truck, why car drivers feel the need, I have no idea.

I refer to it as more advanced because I actually calculated these things in my first few years of driving. I don't just drive to get from A to B like 99% of people out there... I actually practiced to become better than the average driver.

(p.s. Squirrel, 50% of all drivers are better than the average driver)

you drive to the conditions of the road.
in Cambridge that is dictated by the mundane - potholes/drain culverts/manholes, familiarity is king ( if you'll need to pay to repair worn suspension components. )

advanced driver - rewatched some of the scenes from bullit to remind me what advanced rwd town driving is all about, Ronin is perhaps a better reference - both from before the age of advanced driving aids - drivers aren't as advanced as they used to be - Moss or Hamilton.

I think people are confusing needing to with choosing too. Anyhoo much more important things in life to be worrying about.
