Swiftech H20 120 Compact Kit

Depends...

If you have a lapped CPU, lapped ACF 7 pro and some good thermal paste - with the fan running fairly fast then the ACF7 pro will give you about the same temps as this kit - if not better... however if you don't want to lap, etc. then the swiftech kit will get you about 10-15C lower temps with a lot less noise.

For comparison - with my E6600 @ 3.6gig with 1.5 vcore

ACF 7 pro: idle 45 orthos max: 67
Swiftech: idle 40 orthos max: 55
ACF 7 pro lapped: idle 36 orthos max: 55

Bare in mind that the lapped and watercooled numbers are from 2 different systems each running an E6600 at the same settings - the first result was the same on each.

I have to admit the IHS on the watercooled system is fairly concave - with lapping it would probably give better numbers than the lapped ACF 7 pro.
