Swiftech H20-220 Apex Installation Help

I have a Thermaltake tsunami dream case and am going to install the Swiftech H20-220 Apex. The problem I have is that the rad won't fit properly upright as there isn't enough room on top for the piping but will upside down. I was wondering whether or not this will work fine or if it will affect the cooling of the setup Any info would help

My Swiftech rad is "upside-down". Once the system is properly bled, there is no such thing as a "right-way-up".

i have the same case , i just poped the rad on top of the case for a while then did the upside down rad thing , not pretty but works

Will it not fit on the back?
