Received a Swiftech Stealth yesterday. Got around to having a good look at it today.
Looks damn good, excellent finish on the copper part of the block. (Best I've seen)
Will hopefully have it up and running on my 8800gts by the end of the weekend for some performance results.

But first, a quick pic or 2 ;)

Anyone else getting one of these, or already have one?

Hehe I have, & I know where you got it from! :D

but I've got quite a bit of work before I get it fitted...this will be my first attempt at watercooling

Suppose after having running this block in over the last week I ought to say how good it is :p

I've not exactly got the best loop ever, got both the e6750 and the 8800gts being cooled by a old slightly rusty HE120.1 with damaged fins and a black ice Stealth 120.1

I can overclock my 8800gts more than before, it will happily sit at 650:2000 all day without temps going over 50 degrees. Which compared to before often hitting 90 degrees and idling in the 70s is such a great thing to see.

I'd definitely recommend this block to others looking at watercooling an 8800.

Guys
where you get this cool stealth I want one and nowhere has stock in, is it the V2 as the V1 had issues so im told.

PM me if its against forum rules to post competitors addys or better still lets see Overclockers sell it :D

Regards
Charlie

I bought mine off of a former member of these forums. I don't think they have been wildly released in this country yet.

-lol Dave :p

I was going to write a long winded letter to try to justify why I asked where this Stealth was bought from, as OC do not stock it, I can see that I would be wasting my time really as I broke the rules and whats more I encouraged a long standing member to break the rules by giving me the address of where to get a stealth from.

If I have offended anyone from OC then I am sorry

On the other foot I would like to say that this rule should be modified as OC do not sell this product and I dont see why telling somebody where to get it is going to hurt OC interests, if OC want to stock this product then by all means I would consider the price and maybe buy one just like I have spent thousands of pounds with OC buying stock, I fail to see how OC can get market feedback from a product if you dont let members talk about new products bought elsewhere or something you do not sell.

Charlie

ps: By the way to the members who answered me thanks guys.

And would these mythical shops only sell one product or would they also sell other items that OCUK does sell? What do you think?

Looks nice, would be interested in knowing how well that cools your gfx card fella. :)

Not bad for just over £60 too ;)

Well with my 8800gts clocked at 650:2000 I've not seen it go over 50 degrees.
Rest of my loop is as follows, e6750, HE120.1 with Panaflo fan on about 9v, Black Ice Stealth with Akasa Amber on full, ddc2 pump.

I only paid £40 for mine. Bargain ;)

Im wondering how much further I could push my GTX, already clocks nice @661/2000 obviously not as cool as yours though, it is the hotest thing in my case though.

Nice price by the way. ;)
