I swim casually 2-3 times a week at my indoor pool. I don't use my goggles, which are several years old, as they fog up really quickly. They are Adidas ones, cost me around £10 at the time.

During the week, someone at the pool suggested I try them on again, as they thought I was trying to keep my eyes above water, which was hindering my breathing. I am novice swimmer, never learnt how to swim with any technique.

Is antifog spray worth a try? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08T6FX...HW41YD61&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it

Otherwise I'll look into some new decent goggles, and look into getting prescription lenses it them as I'm shortsighted, in which case any recommendations on brands/retailer?

have a look a this thread - which itemizes cressi spray and View prescription goggles I've used for years -
can get goggles for ~£30 still, and spray is now similar price to what you link,
I've used 1.5 bottles in 5 years, and 1 maybe 2 sets of lenses - 2-2K swims/week.
you only need to use sray very sparingly, just dab a couple of dots in each lense per swim.
goggles with translucent skirts and definitely not silicone rubber like these are much more comfortable.

spray .. leastaways first bottle only just replaced

e: £15/2 in warehouse - lol https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cressi-Unisex-Diving-Goggles-Transparent/dp/B075NSHMZ5/

I use to swim a lot.

Zogg predator and just spit in them, rub it in and quick rinse in the pool water if you want to.

Leak proof (they’ll suck your eye balls out lol) and don’t fog.

Or go full fat and get the FORM goggles, have to say they are brilliant but i won mine in a competition :)

I bet Scuba Steve will know..
