Switched from contract o2 on iphone, to payg o2 - no voicemail and no internet

Hi,
I am kind of guessing ill have to just call O2 tomorrow morning, but i switched from an iphone contract to a payg sim card (from o2, kept same number etc).

trouble is now voicemail doesnt work (i have to listen to it, no visual voicemail), and the internet won't work. Any idea how to fix it myself? Or is it just not available?
 
Guessing you'll have to change the APN settings for PAYG for the internet. Won't using internet on PAYG be really expensive?
 
For the internet I think you just need to change your APN settings. I know Vodafone have two sets of settings, one for payg and one for contract so I assume 02 are the same?

Where do i change them?

if i top up £10/mo i get 500mb, and i don't use 500mb reading emails or checking cinema times or whatever
 
just look on the o2 site for something saying send MMS settings to my phone etc
 
You'll be wanting a web bolt-on surely?

APN settings for PAYG iPhone are different than for contract handsets
