Switcher Box from Laptop to Desktop?

Hi Guys,

So like many of you I am currently working from home.

My work is mainly done at work on a laptop hooked up to monitors, I have a desktop at home for gaming with monitors.

I want to keep my wired connections for my desktop computer to my moniters and peripherals , just wondering if there is an easy way or box type of solution to switch the monitors input/output to the laptop from my desktop unit?

Its just that some of my specific work software is on my laptop and it is a pain taking in and out the cables all of the time.
