Hello,

I currently use a PC but need to buy a Mac (probably Mini) to run some specific software.

I already have a monitor obviously, is there any piece of hardware that will allow the monitor to be connected to both computers and just change the display with the push of a button or something?

I dont mind if i have to use another set of keyboard/mouse for the Mac, i am not really looking to unplug and replug a cable everytime i want to switch.

Thanks

So something like the Belkin Soho KVM with USB would do the trick?

When you say keyboard mapping, do you mean in regards to the apple key not being present?

Like i say i dont mind having a separate keyboard and mouse, if i was just going for the screen sharing thing would i still need the belkin KVM or would a cheaper one suffice?

Other angle

Continuing on from this, does anyone know if i bought a 27" Imac would i be able to use it as the monitor for my PC?
