I want to transfer all my components into a new case, is it hard to do?
My current tower is far too compact inside to even change the RAM.

Thanks

Nah, not at all.

1). Unplug everything
2). Remove graphics card, put in safe place
3). Unscrew motherboard
3). Remove motherboard and put in safe place
4). Remove stand-offs.
5). Install stand-offs in new case
6). Put mobo in
7). Plug cables back in
8). Install graphics card again.

:p

Cool...Thought it would be slightly trickier as my case is really compact inside...
Might upgrade some parts too then as I was gonna build 1 from scratch :-)

May need some advise on the parts to upgrade though :-)

If you could stretch to £90 I'd have said this Lancool K62 - beautiful and awesome.

Failing that, the CM690-II Advanced is a pretty epic case, good cooling and nice aesthetics - the remaning £10 could be spent getting a sidewindow for it :)

The HAF922 has very good cooling and is a large case indeed - but its not to everyones tastes, personally I think its hideous :p

what do you mean by amazing?
as in lots of flashy lights, an unusual shape.......
is it size specific, ie ATX, Micro-ATX........
how many hard drives and optical drives does it need to house?

Also PSU, HDD's, CD/DVD drives???

is pretty easy aslong as take your time and dont rush it. hardest thing i find about changing cases or doing newbuilds is cable managment. keeping everything tidy and out the way can be a pain.

you better ground yourself first otherwise it aint going to work when you plug it back in........at least touch a radiator pipe;)

Damn paranoid electricians :p

I think I've grounded myself once, and often build on carpets. You'd have a nightmare :D

That said, I lift my feet and don't shuffle so don't build it up like that
