Take a look at the Embody, especially if you're tall. I tried the Aeron and it didn't provide support sufficiently far up my back.

I had a size B Aeron for a bit but the seat was just a few CMs too small - the back was fine (6'2") - (a friend is closing down an office and has lots of posture fit and lumbar support Aeron's - so it was orignially mates rates)

I'm 6'4" but my height is mainly due to my torso, so a long-backed chair is a must.

How bad is the strip on Aeron at the front? I quite often like to sit with one foot under the other knee. I know it’s terrible for posture but I’ve been doing it for years.
