Switching from BT to plus.net - worth it?

I've been with Plusnet a couple of years now and had zero problems with them. They phoned me a couple of weeks ago out of the blue to offer me a cheaper deal. I had to start a new contract with them but that's fine with me - they were already the cheapest I could find for my particular needs anyway.
