Switching from RIVF to RIVBE - should I re-install Win8.1?

I'm soon to be switching from the Rampage IV Formula to the new Black Edition motherboard (it's currently on its way and should arrive tomorrow, courtesy of OcUK of course :p )

Would I be okay if I ran the board off of the same Windows installation, or should I just re-install a fresh copy?

Sorry for the newby question :P
