Symptoms of failing PSU?

While running Prime95 worker 4 stopped running with one 1 error
"Hardware failure detected"

Is this memory or CPU? I am not overclocking anything. The other 3 workers are still running...

No idea. Voltages look okay though. New DIMMs arrived yet?

I think its the memory, since I lowered their speed to 1333 and now Prime95 produces no errors...These dimms worked perfectly on the P67 however...
