I need a syncronisation tool which will sync between my PC and Mp3 player

So if ive deleted a file on my mp3 player, it gets deleted from my pc and if i add a file to my pc, it gets added to my mp3 player etc

Any recommendations?

Ditto. I use my iPod as a storage device; it comes in really handy when going home from Uni and carrying files and games etc that are too large to email.

Before I make a journey I copy my files from my PC to my iPod or vice-versa and this takes ages. This SyncToy is exactly what I need to reduce the time to synchronise everything by synching only the changed or removed files.
