Hey,
I want to sync some photos to my iPhone but due to my photo folders directory structure it is proving a little difficult. Thsi is the structure

Pictures
>Holiday Pics
>>Day 1
>>>800 x 600
>>>Originals
>>Day 2
>>>800 x 600
>>>Originals
>>Day 3
>>>800 x 600
>>>Originals
>>Day 4
>>>800 x 600
>>>Originals

I have all my photos organised like this and it serves me well. What I want to sync is ONLY the 800 x 600 folders from with the main Holiday Pics folder.

Any ideas?

Actually, assuming Windows Itunes is anything like Mac Itunes it should be easy regardless. Plug in the Iphone and select it in the left pane. Select the photos tab and have a look around in there.

Ooops, I don;t think my earlier reply must have been posted. What I said was that I ahve tired it but if you choose a folder to sync from ie: a "Day ?" folder and then tick the inside 800 x 600 sub folder, it will not let you go back and select another 800 x 600 sub folder from a different "Day ?" folder

Tick to sync the parent folder. All children folders within them should automatically be synced.

Will take a bit of navigating on the iPhone though.

I think you're going to have to set up a separate folder with copies of everything in it. You might be able to get some automation software for Windows to scan the folder and copy things as they get added, I don't know.

This would be easy in OS X as you could use Automator or aliases...

Soft links in Windows could work, but they're not really part of the standard Windows environment, even though NTFS supports them.

You can only sync 1 level of folders - I have mine setup as follows.

Create a folder called photos
Inside that create your subject folders and copy your photos into them.
Sync iTunes to the Photos folder

Simples :)
