syncmaster b2230 fuzzy screen

hi, I got a samsung syncmaster b2230 21.5 inch monitor and its pretty good exept sometimes the screen will just go all fuzzy for a few seconds and i havent found a fix for it.

Suggestions?

I have noticed something similar (I call it "image surging") on certain monitors using VGA in the past. It would be worth swapping to DVI if you can and seeing if the problem disappears. I reckon this is the cause.
