Synology File Station wont open!

I have a Synology DS413J with DSM 4.1 installed and the File Station app on it will not open. It just sits there and loads but never opens.

Has anyone else this issue??

I would try reinstalling DSM on the unit just incase it is corrupt. It should not affect the data on the unit but I would back it up just incase anyway.

Got it sorted Had to set up permissions and assign port numbers for the File Station app.

Also allowed the ip address in Kaspersky encase it was blocking it.
