Greeting guys, I would love to hear your feedback and expert opinion on this system and and problems with compatibility which it might have. Thanks in advance.

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti Twin FrozR II 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail

Display: Samsung B2230H 21.5" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Glossy Black

Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD53 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION **

PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 850W V2 High Performance '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CMPSU-850TXV2UK) - since im planing to put another 560TI in an year so.

Memory: G.Skill RipJawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM)

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (WD1002FAEX)

Heatsink: Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 High Performance CPU Cooler (Socket LGA775/1155/1156/1366/939/AM2/AM2+) - The reason for this heat sink is because I have CM storm scout case which doesnt have enough space for 120MM heatsink (it blocking the rear panel fans)
 
Im using the system for gaming and besides the monitor my budget is around 700 pounds (VAT included). I already have a CM Storm Scout case which is refurbished (new fans and crap :))
 
might be worth checking if that memory can be fitted to the mobo and not cause problems with the cooler, due to its extra height via the heat sinks fitted to it.

any reason you haven't gone for a 24" monitor ?
 
For the PSU I would look at the OCZ Z-Series 850W gold rated same power but a better rating means it will use less electricity.

For the RAM I would look at the XMS3 it is the same speed as the RipJaw but slightly cheaper and doesn't have stick out heat sinks at the top.

Also with the CPU cooler is the rear fan set to extract? as you could have the CPU fan pushing air through the heat sink and if the case fan is set to extract it would almost be like a push pull cooler :)

Didnt get bigger screen cuz my current student room is too small and basically there is almost no space between my bed and my desk ( yeah im living in a frikkin box :)) so the only way to sit properly is a folding chain and when i sit on it i have no more than 60cm from my screen. Which is a bit close so i dont want to feel like im watching tenis when i play :)

The heat sink is relatively small and the other thing is that its aligned south/west so : 1) it wont get over the ram slots and 2) it can be aligned to blow the air in to the exhaust (the back)

Regarding the PSU i was really giving it a lot of tough between corsair and OCZ Gold the second is modular and it gold certified which i reaaallllyyy want, but after reading tons of reviews and comparisons between the 2 I chose Corsair since it getting more stable voltages (+V2), it was build by a better OEM (never had even the slightest problems with Seasonic builds). And besides, something like 5% more power efficiency its not something to cry about :)
