At the moment, Im running this setup

AMD Phenom X4 9650 Quad-Core processor (2.3GHz, 2MB Cache) Genuine Windows(R) 7 Home Premium 4GB DDR2 memory 640GB hard drive 512MB ATI Radeon HD4350 graphics DVD Rewriter Built-in wireless (802.11b/g)
The motherboard itself is a FOXCONN A7VMX-K, The BIOS is American Magatrends

I also want another rig, preferably one that thats over clockable.
At the moment I want to concentrate on the motherboard/cpu and maybe ram. I was looking at
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-235-GI
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-318-IN

Im not sure if this would be over kill?? At the moment it is mainly used for the Net but I want to start using it for gaming

I dont have a budget as such, defiantly dont want to spend more that the components listed. cheaper is better

You would also need a triple channel DDR3 kit, which is around £130.

How about AMD AM3?

EDIT. You board can support some phenomII processors too.

X810
X820
X910

I'm not too fussed what it is, as long as its better that what I have as standard at the moment and v overclockable

The motherboard has usb3 and sata6gb.

There are gigabyte boards with this too on this site but they cost more.

That bundle is £75 more than what I listed and only has a £29.99 cooler to show for it, and a board without the newer features.

The cooler is actually £32.99 add this to the spec I posted, and change the CPU to the OEM version which is about £6 cheaper.

That will overclock to silly speeds

get it now, the cheap ones ok to overclock for short periods. The other will get it to last longer
