System check for a friend

My friend is going to but a new computer, going to be used for gaming, video/photo editing. But wants it to play all the latest game and be good for a few years.
He has been looking on ocuk and come up with this spec asked me to get you guys to have a look and give him some advice.

He will want pro because HP only can use 16GB RAM inc vram.

So if he had HP he would loose 2GB

I should have known this I did get hp and noticed this then went to pro myself
