Hi guys,

Firstly pleaxe forgive Any odd spelling as I am on my phone

I was on my system (in signature)

Upon clicking on a link browsing some ice enhancer mod for gta iv my system crashed. No bsod just went off.

I tried to turn the pc back on and it would not post so I tried to reset the bios and still no post . I held the mem ok button and it's corresponding led lights up solid red.

I have removed all the ram and tried each dimm individually and still the same issue.

I am quite concerned that my system is dead and this is not good as I now can't afford to replace any parts

I will try to get into a laptop soon and upload a image or video of what is happening. There have been no issues at al with the system up to now.

If o missed any info please let me know I will respond asap

Kind regards

Harry

It's a evga supernova g2 1000w I have just tried with single ram stick and gpu config (using the pci lane power thing that lets you turn lanes off for troubleshooting.

Still the exact same.

Strangely when I plug the 24 pin into the board all of the led's turn on.

However when I put my 24 pin bridge for running my water cooling loop it does not power the loop

Could it possibly be a dead psu

Thanks
Harry

Sounds like the PSU is gone.

Does the water cooling loop work if you short the 24pin green+black cable?

My psu cables are entirely black.Thats why i use the 24 pin bridge to do that instead of the paperclip method

Im starting to think its the psu myself.

Quite dissapointed really to say its barley a month old and the rest of the system may have been damaged by it.

Should i contact ocuk about the warranty ?

Kind regards
Harry

I'm not sure on the warranty but please use the customer service section or send a webnote to find out.

Thanks all i put a message in the support area.

Hope this gets solved soon as for now im stuck with the ps4 that does not come close to my experience on pc

Thanks again

Hi guys thanks for the support once again. Had a long fight to remove the power supply. Will be sending it to ocuk tomorrow.

Hope the rma system is fast.

Regards

Harry
