Need to run system file checker as I'm having a few issues, however the disc I used to install was a custom created using nlite and as such is called WinLite, system file checker as such wont use it, any way around it other than recreating another disc and renaming it?

The easiest way I can think of is disabling System File checker.

so you don't have the original disk at all? 
i suppose you could copy the i386 folder to your hard drive and then edit the registry so it thinks that is the install path.

Only used nlite to slipstream SP3 and RAID drivers, all else was left alone so it shouldn't go mental I'd have thought...
Ayway, main issue is an empty computer management MMC, have scanned for all the usual nasties and am pretty convinced it's due to me having had issues with the RAID controller which has wiped out parts of the registry before now and a manual restore has had to follow.
