System Image Backup Software

I am looking for recommendations of some backup software to take an image backup of the C:\ drive each night and store on a NAS. Needs to run from within Windows 7 without rebooting the PC.

Our OS is installed on an non redundant SSD RAID array and I want to be able to recover the Windows install back to new SSD's in the event of a failure.

Acronis seem to do some stuff but seems very bloated. Simple and small would be ideal.

Windows 7 Pro will do this with the built in backup feature.

If that doesn't suffice, I will dig out a free version of a software I used ages ago, similar to RSYNC but had a nice, easy to use GUI that would do what you're after. I used regularly for a few years before I decided to go mostly cloud storage for my things

If you have some redundant hardware lying around you could re-purpose it and build a WHS 2011 box. Mine does automatic nightly backup of our 4 windows 7 client machines with no effort at all.
