Got myself a D**L Optiplex GX620, installed Server 2003 and it is acting as my File server, had it running for a solid 3 or 4 hours last night, When i got into bed shortly after i heard the fan increase and make a bit of noise, thought nothing of it and fell asleep.

When I came to use the system this morning it was frozen and had locked up. So i restarted and it come back on running very slow. so i restrated once again and it came back running as normal, 5-10 minutes later the system locked up, so i restrted, it did this a few times and locked up 10 minutes after boot. In the end I opened her up and gutted it, put everything back in and powered up.

Everything was dandy then 10 minutes or so later, WHAM there is goes again, locks up. I have tried all the memory configurations to see if i could rule out a dead DIMM. This didnt show any results and was continuing to lock up. So tried a 1GB stick from my main rig and it stayed on for 20minutes running Orthos then locked up.

Now correct me if im rong but when a system locks up it is usually RAM, so I've tried it all and am fresh out of ideas. Could anyone guide me in the right direction?

SPecs:
P4 LGA775
512 Generic PC2-4200 RAM (2x256MB)
160GB WD SATA HDD

Dont know what the rest of it as it is D**L

Cheers for the help in advance.
