System minus case £200~

I'm looking for a system for my mum who is on an ancient Athlon 1600+, she's got about £200 and I have a Lian Li case, a gfx card and CD-ROM drive she can use, so was wondering what's the best for that price range if you have any ideas? In need of a CPU, Mobo, PSU, HD and RAM. Cheers in advance

what is the gfx card you have got ? if its a reasonably gd card 400w psu wont be enough
