as above think I just need a little tweak in bios any suggestions please

system is
enthoo primo
4790k @ stock H110 cooler
295x2 @ 1030/1300
teamgroup 16gig 2400mhz x.m.p
superflower 1200watt platinum
crucial mx100 256gig ssd
z97-soc
win 8.1

runs solid 24/7 at 1333mhz @ 2400 will run fine for a few hours then random shutdown and resets bios config to default settings. I ran memtest for 24 hours @ 2400 no errors.

Try bumping system agent and ioa/iod voltages a touch. Theese may need an increase as your running 16gb. More ram places more strain on the memory controller.

try the second xmp there is normally more then one saved. not all systems can run all ram.
try running it at 2133mhz

Quick update

Having spent a week diagnosing and researching removing ram hdd etc to no avail the problem was down to fastboot built in to win 8.1, disabled it 3 weeks ago and everything is running rock solid 24/7 at 2400mhz. was a pleasure to build this system
