System not showing Overclock

I'm running an I7 920 at 4.00GHz that I ordered form Overclockers. But checking my system today I noticed that it wasn't displaying 4.00 but it was displaying the default value of the chip:

CPU-Z

DxDiag

Control Panel System Section

Bios Screens:

Voltage

Frequency

Even within the Bios it says its only running at 2.8. Anyone know what settings have changed so that i can get it back to 4.0 how Overclockers gave it to me?

Many Thanks.

seems to have lost the profile mate
quick fix: in bios, load profile (f7 or f8 i think, cant remember) and there should be an 'OCUK' profile saved, load it!
if this leaves you with an unstable system (blue screens, completely locking up) then you will have to contact the store, as at that point it is most likely a hardware failure.
note: some bluescreens are caused by software not hardware so make a note of the error code if/when it happens and post it here, the folks on here are very knowledgeable, and helpful!

Okay loaded the OCUK profile and now CPU-Z is showing it at 4011MHz. One more thing, does the DxDiag and System section on control panel always show the CPUS default clock speeds?

Trojan seems to have resolved my issue. I have a friend who likes to look at bios and mess around so he must have changed something on mine. Thanks again Trojan

If you re-run windows index score thingy, it should show the current speed, just it dos'nt update all the time. best is always to load up cpu-z and load the cpu up.
