I think I may now know...
Left system on overnight and woke up and just had a black screen. So i manually restarted and found I had a disk boot error. No sound from raptor and completly cold. All cables still on correctly to psu + sata.
I turn it off for 10 mins then turn on and raptor is back into action but look's like it's on the way out to me.
Still at least know the problem now.
