System Setup after Installation on crucial ssd

I have a Crucial m4 2.5-inch SSD

I found this ssd guide and was wondering should I follow these steps in the System Setup after Installation part?

not sure if some settings are any good for the gaming side of things!

obviously one of the settings to do is disable defragmenter.

its up to you,its not essential though,defrag will be disabled automatically or by running windows experience index, i forget off hand
