The only thing seems to be ineffective is the mod to reduce or stop respawning enemies (apart from when you set off an alarm of course). Otherwise an enjoyable second play though so far. I decided not to reduce weapon degredation and have been playing it on impossible difficulty.
One of the best stories I have ever experienced in a game.
