System shock 2

Well I have to patch 2.3, SS2tool and the mod SHTUP working fine now. Just one little thing... I'm finding the key bindings a little odd. Like when you go to drag an item in your inventory or hack a door, doesn't seem to do anything no matter what I press. Have checked and re-checked the key settings but no joy.

Once this is done I don't know whether to add any more mods or do anything else?

Rebirth Complemented is a good one. If you've not played it right through before then I'd leave it at that - preserve the 'original' way the game worked and all that.

Check out the FAQ on the ttlg forums. I've heard of that kind of inventory problem before but I can't remember the fix as I've never had the problem :/

No worries, used the mod manager which is the easiest and quickest fix for the key binding problem. One or two clicks and it all was sorted. I'll have a look at rebirth, otherwise I am all ready to go! Thanks FrenchTart, you've made this title become a reality for me. Never thought I'd get to play it! :)

No worries. Hope you enjoy it - it's an amazing game :)

If you get stuck feel free to message me.

Played it through recently and was underwhelmed tbh. I imagine people who aren't getting nostalgia from it (i.e. have never played it before) will mostly feel the same.

I'm afraid i'll have to be the exception to your rule.. I only played it last year, thought it was fantastic :p

(then again i'm the type who still reinstalls Deus Ex every so often just to play it again)

I've only played the demo before but it hooked me straight away. This will also make me re-install Deux Ex and mod that to the hilt! :)
