hi when im gaming my system temp's reaches about 42 to 44 when gaming cpu reaches 35 to 37 is there any need for concern on the system temps:confused: or am i paranoid thanks in advance for any advice

You using water cooling? Otherwise I Can't see how youd get system temps above CPU temps. If that's the case, the case temps look high, and could use some ventilation. What's the GPU temps?

Or maybe your system temps are motherboard temps.

and overclocked to 3.7 this is my system at idle

That looks OK, a tad high for complete idle. Maybe it's just a warm room, or needs to improve airflow in the case (fan profile at high? hard drive cage in the way or intake fan?).

CPU-Z will give you more temps (System, northbridge, CPU cores, CPU and GPU).
