System Upgrade Help?

Hey guys, my computer is pretty dated these days. Old Athlon 64 3200.

I got a Coolermaster Wavemaster Case, 500gb S-ATA hard drive, DVD Writer so i assume i can reuse that? Graphics card is AGP and fairly dated so wont be using that.

So i think i need a Motherboard, CPU, Ram and Graphics Card? Anything else? I dont wanna spend a fortune so anything sub £400ish would be good. Any cheaper would be a bonus! Or is it worth looking in the For Sale section on here?

Yea sorry i will be using it for gaming! I take it the PSU in my current case wont be any good then?

Ive been offered a quad processor, mobo and two 8800gts (sli mode) for £200. Would this be better off to go for or should i stick to the above system, ill find out exactly which mobo and cpu it comes with

Right guys, spec is as follows

Intel Quad Core Q6600 CPU
Twin 8800 GT SLi
N680SLI LT Mobo

Any good? Think he wants around £200 for it all
