system & windows loads fast but software and drivers take longer, it can take a further 10sec to load drivers for usb keyboard and mouse some icons, software like start button.

is this due to graphics card or overclock ?

ive ran prime for over an hour found no issues

Best way i have found to test for a stable pc is the use it. play games go on the web. and if it works your ok.

Ive been playing KOAR worked fine, Im going to give rift ago see what happen, what should i expect if its unstable ?

is your system feeling unstable ones it as booted up?
have you tried removing the oc to see if it the same

no ive not tried that,

It boots up fine but some things take a few sec's to load like the usb and start button.

after everything is loaded it fine. ive not see any issues in prime or games.

ok, Ive just check on default 3ghz its the same take some time to load the start button and usb items.

sorry that what i meant I just pressed the cmos button, everything was default all i had to change was the voltage to offset,
could it be the graphics card i have downgraded to a gtx 280 1gb for a bit till i get a better one.

or is it the start button software im using ?
