Ok, still waiting on my new case arriving before i construct my new watercooling system, but i've noticed on occasion, loops that have a t-line in for bleeding purposes, is it worth while having this?

t-line or res you don't need both.

T-line (without a res) will give a sealed system - more hassle to bleed but higher flow
Res (with or without fillport line) quick easy bleed - reduced flow as loop is 'broken' by res air bubble.

T-lines not recomended for first loop

With good reason. I listed to advice like this, then decided to use neither and fill the loop by submerging part of it in water. Daft idea, just made life a lot more difficult.

The easiest approach is a reservoir with a T line at the bottom to help draining. The best is probably two T lines, one to fill and one to drain. It is more effort though

T's are great, easy to plumb in wherever you want, dead cheap (available from B&Q for naff all) and have little to no effect on the loop.

What's not to like?
