T-Mobile 25% Discount Problems

Following up from the thread that was posted a week or two back where people were having the problem of their 25% discount not being deducted from their bill.

I have 2 flexT accounts, one for my girlfriend and one for myself (FlexT30 and FlexT35). On my 2nd monthly bill i noticed that the 25% discount hadn't come off so i rang up and enquired and they said theyd put a note on my account to have it checked out. 3-4 days later, i ring up again, nothings still been done and they tell me they are looking into it. So again i wait another 4 days or so and ring up again.... Still nothing. Each time i ring i never get a proper answer about what is going to happen with it. Will it get deducted from my next bill? Or will they forget about it completely?

Just a tad annoyed when my bill should be coming to £48-£49, as opposed to £65 :mad:

Anyone else having problems with this?

Anyone from T-mobile that can shed any light on this?

There are a couple of bill cycles that are having 'issues' and im guessing you are on one of those, the development centre are looking into it, and any over payments will be re-credited
