Well I tried to get my PAC code from T-Mobile yesterday but at first theysaid something like ring back and select options 2 then 1 because they can't transfer me through. I do this but the guy says exactly the same thing before and can't transfer me through because they're to busy and to select 2 and then 1 even though I already tried it with him.

So after a few go I give up and just tried bow but the department that deals with PAC codes are still really busy.

Does anyone know where I can find the number that goes straight to the loyalty department or anyway to get my PAC code?

i work for t-mobile and though its a stupid policy due to the queues at the moment when we ring loyalty all we get is an automated message asking us to adv you (the customer) to dial 150 selecting option 2 then 1 on the automated system, if your calling froma landline then its option 1 for existing customer, enter your mobile no then select option 3 (upgrades, same dept) this will then put you into the queue for the loyalty/retentions team but even then your looking at waiting between 5-15 minutes to speak to someone

sorry i cant be of more help

Actually that's a lot of help because I was always selecting 2 from a land line and thought it was strange they sent me through the new customer menu!
