hi

im currently on a t-mobile solo 15 (fixed) 30 day rolling contract , i would like to purchase a sim only 15 -30 day rolling contract which comes with the flexible booster.

i cant seem to cancel my rolling contract on there site but can i purchase the new contract on there site without cancelling my old one?

As when i go threw the checkout process it does ask me if i have a t-mobile phone, would it automatically cancel my old plan?

cheers

hi

ive changed my contract now , so im just after a new phone as my current phone is old and the battery is not as good as it used to be.

i will be changing to t-mobile sim only 15 30 day rolling contract with the flexible booster which ive chosen unlimited internet to start off with.

seen as i can get the internet do i need a phone with 3g or would it be better to have a phone that has 3g?

ive been looking at the nokia c7

my budget is £250 - £300 max

thanks

so many phones to choose:confused:

is the nokia c7 anygood it seems to get mixed reviews ??

i also like the look of the htc desire for a little more but i want a phone that has a good battery life ?

one thing that worries me is getting charged for data usage when not aware, is there a way to make sure you are not using any internet running in the background on symbian and android?

thanks

Why would you be worried about data if you have the T-mobile contract with a free data allowance? Check if you have the 1gb or 3gb data allowance. If 1gb phone them up and persuade them to up you to the 3gb as it should be free.

You would be hard pushed to use the 1gb though.

Just don't take it abroad.

if you're prepared to flash a rom, you could look at the orange san francisco for 100 quid (+10 top up), android, active community developing it on modaco etc.

i do like the look of the phone but i really dont like the sound of having too flash roms.

decision time as today is the last day before VAT rises , i really like the sleek design of the nokia c7 , i also like the galaxy s but thats out of my price range.

i got the nokia c7 in the end , i did like the android phones but i was put off by the price and battery life.

i know for a little more i could have got maybe a htc but i really could not stretch my budget further and was not keen on the orange SF.

i know the c7 wont have great battery life but it seems to be good in reviews for a smartphone.

hopefully i will get on with the symbian 3 OS , and there may be updates in the future?

Has anyone got the C7 that can give me there opinion on the phone.

thanks
