T-Mobile fixed the own number free voicemail trick?

Hey,

My Dad has received a bill which is £15 more and we think it's from voicemail but sometime in February or the end of January it looks like it's not showing up on itemised billing but when he calls someone's through the voicemail I think it's charging him outside of his minutes as on the bill he still had loads of unused credit (Flex T 30.. or 35 can't remember lol)

So yeah just wanted to know if anyone else has seen this on their bill. I don't use the voicemail so wouldn't know.

I rang my own number to get access to my voicemail this week on my t-mobile contract phone and it came up as a 10p call on my online billing. It was good work-around to get free voicemail calls, pity they have fixed it now.

Yup, same here. Should have knows this was coming as few months back they listed your own number under a new prefix on itemised billing, partners i think.

Quit my sim only contract and gone with 12 month sim on o2, via cashback scheme.

Why they charge for voicemail i do not know, it seems daft that they do.
