Thats true. You can move UP a contract at any time (i.e. from 35 > 50 > 75) within 6 months, but you cannot move down until after that 6 month period. After 6 months you are eligable to move it to any contract you wish.

thats what i meant, you cant move down during the FIRST six month, but after that are free to move up or down to any tariff you like, or so i've been told anyway.

not a fan of 18mth contracts tbh.
