Yes i'm positive i'm on the right package, signed up a few days ago, it's a brand new account. Spoke to customer services 3 times now. Still not resolved. That latest one said that my account had older settings on it and she switched it over to the new settings and refreshed the account. Made sod all difference.
I just went and stood next to the T-Mobile UMTS mast and still only got the exact same speed.
Edit: 4th conversation. I need to log the data speed site i'm testing on and post code. Needs to be in a few different locations, a least one hour apart. Then report back tomorrow for an engineer to luck into it.
Re edit: 5th conversation - Just had a call back from the lady i spoke to on my second call, she was checking that i'm happy that are trying to get to the bottom of it. Like the lady in the fourth conversation she has also txt me her email address.
The speed may suck at the moment, but CS do seem to be trying to help.
