Just thought I'd post here for anyone who has recently taken out a contract with T-Mobile.
Basically, I ordered a 12 month contract with an N95 through their website. After paying up etc, I received an e-mail...
I noticed the little (18) in the e-mail and immediatly thought 18 month contract! Luckily I did as when I sent them a mail asking why it had an 18, they admitted I had wrongly been put on an 18 month contract and swapped me to the 12 month I paid for!
Now, imagine if I hadn't queried this, in 12 months time I would have tried to change companies only to be told that I was on an 18 month contract. Imagine trying to proove that I had ordered a 12 month through the website, not a chance!
So, I urge anyone who has a 12 month to double check they have been put on the correct contract as this was their automated system so who knows how many more are on 18 month without even realising it!

I can advise that you were put onto the 18 month plan, however this has now been changed and you are now on the Flext 25 web n walk plan with a 12 month contract.
