yes it is until you turn the t9 on then all you get is "Hi" for the first guess then you try and carry on typing and it turns to crap. I even told it inthe My Words bit about the word "hello" and it still couldnt guess it.

You sure? You don't have to press them a number of times. Just once per letter and it makes a word from the letters you give (the selection - 3 per key).

No idea how you got hi from trying hello.

If you press 4 more than once you get "hi" Only press the buttons with the right letter on once.
