Tablet (for drawing)

I've been looking into one of these, budget id say is under £100.
I've found the Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet ~ £50 and pen and touch ~£70
does anyone know the difference and if there are better suggestions?

The Pen and Touch allows you to use your fingers, the normal one only supports the pen.

Ah cheers, would it be worth it then, or is it a depends if you think you need it kinda thing..?
