Tablet Recomendations

After some help with some tablet's and wondering if some people can help.

I need to find a table with the following features:

Lightweight
Decent battery life
Wifi
3G

Now those 4 are easy enough the problem comes when it needs to be able to access our active directory file shares and printers, now this is where the easiness of the task ends.

As the last option rules out the iPad and most droid tablets.

So OCUKers what do people recommend?

Surly there's apps for that, there certainly is for shared printers for the iPad. Not sure about files.

There are SMB file clients for both OSes - not sure on the print side.

Edit: Bringing in an unsecured tablet is officially "asking for it" from an opsec point of view, you cleared this idea with them?

Surely a netbook running some form of windows would suit your needs better than tablet.

Especially if you are talking about network shared printers and active directories.

There's a couple of windows tablets, the Acer W500 and Asus EP121 that might do what you're after.

@ManCuBuS - The request was for a tablet, so a netbook would not be suitable.

@MasterPlan1 - There is an irrational distaste for dell kit within management as we are a HP house

@Scottland - thanks I will give those a look
