Tablet recomendations

My wife nexus 7 has been dying for sometime and looking to replace it. Currently looking at Samsung s6 lite but wondered if anyone has some recommendations. Budget around £250.

A used S6 if you can get a deal on it ? s5e has a better screen , do depends on your usage. S6 lite is a tidy tablet too.
