Tabletop Warhammer?

I’m still rocking the TTC wooden racks. Love having the paint names on the shelves along with the colour dots.

Did that with a full pot of flesh tearers red contrast last week. Fuuuuuuuuuu didnt begin to cover the emotion.

Was having a look through my collection of paints to paint some cool grey fur and just realised I sold them most of them hah.

GW had some nice off whites like Ulthan grey. So instead of ordering it again o used my logic to buy the full triads of Army painter blacks and grey and warm whites!!

Surprised someone with as much paint as you doesn’t already have that covered. Best equivalent to Ulthuan grey I have is the Pro Acryll Vincent venturella signature white blue.

I see they have also launched a contrast equivalent but it doesn’t work quite the same as regular ones from the video I saw.

I like the cult of paint set purely for naming all the colours after food, means you can tell roughly what a paint will be by name.

Despite being into my third or fourth year, I still don’t feel I know how to use my wet palette properly lol. Always seems to end up too watery as I introduce more water just from dipping brush (and soaking excess on a damp cloth). On a plus, gave airbrush a deep clean and it worked again so that saved me a bit.

Finding getting consistent results on my red corsairs harder than the imperial fists but also not being too bothered by non uniformity. I’ve still not figured out a repeatable way to do the night Lords I’m honestly wondering if I’ll ever get them done.

Was surprised myself as I bought all the AK paint that was in white box separately. For Pro Acryyll I have a few of their warm greys and ivory’s. The Vallejo game colour has big jumps in the triads like TTC’s.

ahh well give me an excuse to try out the Fantic normal paints which should be similar to the GW off whites and greys. Also having some more Satin paints is nice.
