Well, on my first build atm, had a million and one issues so far, faulty GPU that blew up & two disappointing PSU's. I've literally just ordered a Tagan 900Watt PSU. Does anyone have any experience with one of these? I'm finding it pretty difficult to find anything in terms of customer reviews... what do you guys think?
 
Not used that particular model, but have used several Tagan PSU's in the past and they have all been good. Well built and nice stable rails in my experience.

Also, just found out the reason there is such a lack of reviews is the BZ model which is what I've bought is one of the new ones, only been in a couple of days XD

@ jambus, good call on the PSU, mines coming tommorrow.

I read some online reviews & one in Micro Mart this week, they all seemed to love the new BZ models.

Cant wait to see it :)
 
Tagan also have a pretty good RMA service (based in the UK), incase anything does go wrong ;)! Had mine a new one in a week or so after I RMA'd mine :).
 
i have used several Tagan PSU's in many builds they are seem stable to me :)
 
I've put a lot of Tagan PSU's in customer's PCs and they never let me down.

Running a Tagan Easycon 430watt in my current PC
 
Just received mine about 20 mins ago, its a beast! :)

Well packaged, strong cables, lots of extras thrown in, just hoping it performs as good as it looks.

I have had my Tagan 530W Easycon for over 2 years never had a problem. Though since upgrading to a Q6600 and 8800GTS when im running small tft's on Prime 95 i can smell burning coming out the back but its still ok :). I did run that test for 8 hours and all still seems fine with it i would recomend Tagan to other people but have seen some people that had problems still no one can be perfect.
