I don't have that model but my serial number is on the top panel at the rear, its a bar-code sticker with the number underneath.

Do you mean on top of the PSU? Which is not accessible without taking the PSU out the case? OR at the back but at the top.

They have great service, i had a faulty PSU they replaced it next day with a new one ( it was with 2 weeks of having it).

It's on the case top on mine about half an inch behind the fixing plate, remove the screws and you should have enough slack in the cables to slide it out enough to see it without disconnecting anything.

Its possibly there, but I have found a serial number on the box. I have sent Nanopoint that, hopefully its right

Looking at the picture on the box there is no room for it to be on behind the screw fixings anyway.

Haven't heard from nanopoint if I can do a swap over on a certain date yet. Expect I will be told tommorow

They want me to send it to them at my own cost then they will test it. Kind of sucks and im not sure if I will because I need my PC and have no spare PSU
