Must have read a different review to me!
http://www.bjorn3d.com/read.php?cID=1187&pageID=4096
In conclusion they say:
"To say we are very impressed with the ABS-Tagan TG800-U88 BZ 800 Watt power supply would be a vast understatement! "
A comment I've seen mirrored in a couple of other reviews.
or how about:
http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/power/Tagan/BZ800/Page3.asp
And one of their final comments:
" The Tagan BZ 800 Watt power supply is the completed package. This power supply backs good looks with solid performance and a remarkable set of accessories. I was impressed with the stability in both the standard build and with all of my extra parts thrown in".
and also:
"To the less technical user, a look inside reveals a lot about the component quality and the attention to detail given to the construction. The BZ800 scores well in both cases"
Mind you I too seem to remember reading a review that mentioned the Capacitors, though I also seem to remember that they too gave it the "thumbs up".
Not saying it's "the only" PSU to consider, but slighting it by saying an off the cuff remark like "doesn't have the best build quality " is a little unfair to Tagan.
Only my opinion of course. and everyone else is quite entitled to theirs.
PS. Here is the review that mentions the capacitors

Though overall they seemed to like it and awarded it one of their "Editors Silver Awards".
These folks produce some of the best and most detailed hardware reviews and push their kit a lot harder than most. In fact, a number of the PSU's they have put through the same rigorous testing (and no one in real life would put a PSU through anything like this!) have gone "pop". In fact this article swung the sale for me.
